E la nave va

It’s going down to -2C tonight, so I brought in the tomatoes. 2.25 kg’s worth.

I’d better sort out what I’m doing with them, and fast.

Damn, this is good.

The tomato flavour has receded and now the veal stock is the foundation. It always thrills me how it can be so rich yet so delicate.
